Hi, I just got back from vacation and I'm working on the pi box now. Something seems to have got corrupted while I was away I'll keep you posted. Yes it was sounding good with the mic mate setup and the holiday ambiance outside my house... The pi seems like a good solution we just need to debug.

Do you plan to keep the stream running all the time? I think it's now paused?
I am always interested to hear about how the Pi setup is working out - and will be great to have the uupdated patch when you get time - we are using the old one
Would be good also to keep a note of prices: to see how little the box can be made for. What microphone were you using?

We also tidied up the patch a little and adapted it to the pi so once I've made sure its stable we can share that patch.
