Hi Peter and GregoireI think this was one of the messages that got held up.. I was listening to the stream just after it went up: very vibrant with sounds bouncing around - really niceThanks for the picturesDo you plan to keep the stream running all the time? I think it's now paused?I am always interested to hear about how the Pi setup is working out - and will be great to have the uupdated patch when you get time - we are using the old oneWould be good also to keep a note of prices: to see how little the box can be made for. What microphone were you using?ThanksbwgrantOn 31 Jul 2013, at 15:16, peter sinclair wrote:Dear all_______________________________________________
We've set up a new stream overlooking the calanque bay of Niolon (close to Marseille). It's running on a raspberry pi with a mic mate sound card. Right now it's pretty lively here what with the cicadas and the bathers, boats etc.

I drilled a hole through the front wall and the tip of the mike is poking out. It needs a little more wind protection but in this weather sounds fine.
We also tidied up the patch a little and adapted it to the pi so once I've made sure its stable we can share that patch.
Best
