don't see that this bias level relates to the stereo line-in. I'd rather expect that it referes to the headset mic. But maybe it does, which would be good. bests, Udo

this link refers to a 'programmable microphone bias level' http://osaelectronics.com/get/raspberry/dacberry/400/m/datasheet/DACBerry_40... so could well work with electret microphones
i don t know how to interpret the SNR figures
