We have a problem that Locus Sonus are not approving her account (after a couple tried over a couple of months). I wonder if you can suggest how we might go forward or alternatives? Or do you have an email contact at LS?

Sounds like a great project.
Nour could also get in touch directly if she tries the account setup again and hits any further issues.
