I have an old M-Audio Micro which came with a 49-key controller I bought a few years ago, which has a combo stereo line/mic input. It’s actually pretty clean, but when you turn plugin power on (same as driving the input at what it considers Mic level,) it goes to mono. Rather unfortunate. I just hope the Andrea Electronics dongle isn’t as noisy as the actual mics they make.
