[locustream] Annoncing Locusamp~ beta.

Dear Pure Data users,

A few month ago we annonced the upcomming release of the locusamp objet, and here it is!

Available as a beta version running on macOS, it will be ultimatly released for Linux, Raspberry Pi and Windows.

Locusamp is a Pd external that can read all sorts of live audio streams, from a url or a file, support many formats ( Vorbis, Mp3, Opus, AAC, WAVE, AIFF, FLAC, WebA et Au), and adapt to the bitrate and samplerate of the source material, up to 64 channels.
