while I agree that unsubscribing from a mailing list should be core competence in the digital age..., I'm aware that many don't have a clue, or interest, ortime to deal with the obstacles of a mailing list's interface. So I'd say thatinstead of insisting on choosing the right way to unsubscribe from this list, I'd bemore kind and relaxing if the list admin would do that silently on request of annoyed users.
