The instructions to unsubscribe appear at the end of all messages sent to this list. This is what they say:

To unsubscribe, send a message to  locustream-request@nujus.net with unsubscribe in the subject or the message

That means that you need to write the word ("unsubscribe") without the "" as the subject or in the message and send it to the above address from the email that you wish to unsubscribe (I am not sure how to make this clearer).
