yes, it looks like    cloud_api.js and daylight_packed.js both at daylightmap.com are the slow elements

I think I came across this a few weeks ago, and there are reports that the daylightmap.com servers are down and were down 4 weeks ago

the daylightmap times out, means the locusonus maps loads when the
daylightmap at http://www.daylightmap.com/ runs into timeout.
to me it seems the problem lies there.
"The server at www.daylightmap.com is taking too long to respond."
