As for the new stream on the soundtent page (http://streams.soundtent.org/manage/streams), I tried to go in myself now and it appears there is perhaps some kind of outage so I'd suggest trying once that is cleared. I was registering couple days ago and found that I was missing some details in one of the boxes and thus it was rejected. So perhaps this might be causing your issues (if it's not the page issue)

We re putting together the programme for Reveil 9, the day-long broadcast we do each year, following sunrise as it circles the earth on Dawn Chorus Day.

This year Reveil will run from 5AM UTC+1 on Saturday 30 April to 6AM on Sunday 1st May.
